When are services suspended for non-payment?

Hostednode suspends services 10 days after the due date.

Suspension timeframe

If you have not made the payment, Hostednode suspends services 10 days after the due date of the OCWEB or invoice corresponding to their renewal.

Days when suspensions are applied

Suspensions are applied only Monday through Friday, provided the day is not a public holiday in Chile. No suspensions are applied on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Chile.
