When is a service deleted for non-payment?
Hostednode deletes unpaid services 25 days after the renewal due date. Deletion is permanent, and all content is lost.
When are services suspended for non-payment?
Hostednode suspends services 10 days after the due date.
What should you do if a payment method is unavailable?
If a payment method fails on Hostednode, use another available method. If you expect a payment delay, open a sales support ticket; this does not guarantee an extension.
Are all services subject to VAT?
All Hostednode services are subject to 19% VAT in Chile, regardless of where the person contracting the service resides.
Do you issue receipts or invoices?

Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?
Hostednode accepts cryptocurrency payments through Cryptomus. Check the supported currencies and select Cryptomus when paying for your service.
