When is a service deleted for non-payment?

Hostednode deletes unpaid services 25 days after the renewal due date. Deletion is permanent, and all content is lost.

Deletion timeframe

Hostednode deletes services that remain unpaid 25 days after the renewal payment due date.

Prior service suspension

If you have not made the payment, service suspension takes place 10 days after the due date of the renewal OCWEB or invoice. Suspensions are applied only Monday through Friday, provided it is not a public holiday in Chile; they are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If you expect your payment to be late, open a sales ticket to explain your situation and review it with the Hostednode team.
